1. Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchange. 2. Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our premises. 3. NO GUARANTEE for Silt & Boulders. 4. All Cost relating to removal, re-installation, freight, etc., shall be borne by the Customer Only. 5. Service Changes will be charged to attend the complaints at site. 6. Bills pending beyond due date will carry interest @ 25% p.a. from the date of Bill. 7. All disputes subject to jurisdiction court at Bangalore.
